Happy 3rd of July
I won't be posting tomorrow, so I wanted to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July! What are your plans??
We only have Autumn with us this weekend, and she's going on a sleep over tonight. Wahooooo no kids!! We'll be spending the 4th with friends eating hamburgers and potato salad and lighting sparklers. You know, the usual stuff.
I'm about a month away from the wedding. There are a few things we had to cut out due to finances (no food and booze were not one of them, so don't worry). I've yet to even come close to resembling a bridezilla, J is so lucky! But like I said, we are still a month away. BWAHAHAHAHAHA
I had a lovely shower this past weekend. The weather was gorgeous and the smoke cleared a bit so we could see the sky again. I received many lovely gifts, including picture frames, a toaster, popcorn machine, towels and coochie cream. Yes, you read that right. That's what it said on the bottle. And my girlfriend who bought it for me was sitting right behind my mother. We all had a good laugh.
I have one more shower to attend, put on by my future MIL in July. I know, I sound incredibly spoiled but you know what? Shoot, I can't lie. I am spoiled.
